Matthew McDonald Named to Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law Class of 2022

Congratulations to Matthew T. McDonald, an associate attorney at Bernstein, Stair & McAdams LLP, who was recently selected for the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law Class of 2022.

Matthew graduated in 2014 from the University of Tennessee College of Law.  Prior to joining Bernstein, Stair & McAdams LLP, Matthew served for six years as the law clerk and as the Chief Deputy Clerk and Master for the Knox County Chancery Court.  Now in private practice, Matthew primarily handles estate planning, probate, conservatorships and guardianships, and general civil litigation.  Matthew is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association, where he serves on the Professionalism and Judicial Committees.

The TBA’s Leadership Law program serves the legal profession by equipping participants with the vision, knowledge and skills necessary to serve as leaders in the profession and in their communities. Being selected to the Leadership Law program is limited each year to a small number of attorneys in each region of the state.

“We are thrilled Matthew is engaging in this outstanding program, which will only further his leadership skills in our community and enhance the client services experience at our firm.” – Heather Anderson, Partner with Bernstein Stair & McAdams LLP
